Rating I bought a number of these tarps in different sizes to cover a number of feral cat houses in order to protect them from the frigid NY winters. We just had a major snow storm/blizzard, and these tarps held up much better than others I had purchased in the past. In fact, a plow dumped a full load of collected snow on top of the tarp-covered cat houses and when I cleared it off (took 6 hours - that's how much snow/ice was piled on), the tarp had not a scratch or hole on it. That's strong enough for me!! In the summer, I plan on reversing these tarps so the silver (reflective) side is up to keep the sun from bearing down on the black cat houses underneath. I'm convinced - these tarps are the best money can buy.

Rating My daughter and I show dogs and our old tarps were looking tired and not doing as good as a job as we needed to protect our dogs and ourselves. So I found these tarps and we used them for the first time at a show in ALamogordo, N.M.. Chilly in the morning - we used the dark side out to keep our dogs warm, and it got very warm in the afternoon so we used them reflective side out. Both on our dog crates and as curtains on our easy up sides as curtains. These tarps worked better than our original tarps ever did everyone stayed warm or cool as needed. The quality appears to be exceptional so we shall see how many show seasons these tarps last. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase!
