CARVER boat cover support pole is made of 4 anodized aluminum poles that adjust the cover 40" to 70" in height. There are two black plastic connectors that connect the two add on pole and the top pole together . The base pole allows for one of the add on poles to telescope and it locks into place with a push of a lever. Assembly includes a rubber end cap on the bottom pole and a rubber guide tip on the top pole. Guide tip is designed to mount through grommet installed on cover (Grommet not included).
